1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated Canada delivery times:
    • Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days
    • Xpresspost: 1-2 business days
    • Priority: Next business day

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to Canada.
  • If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at sales@glowlabs.ca for assistance.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package at Canada Post.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Please check the tracking information and contact the carrier if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time.
  • If the package is lost in transit, reach out to us at sales@glowlabs.ca, and we will assist you.

6. Shipping Issues & Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing times may cause additional delays.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
